Last night I had another really good workout!! It was so humid though….I thought I was going to dieeee. I finished strong but got tired a lot quicker than usual. I am blaming it on the humidity. Part full body and cardio workout complete with a medicine ball and resistance band. :)
I absolutely love working with the medicine ball!!
I did:
Hammer throws
Caveman throws
Planks - Omg those hurt like hell
Standing side crunches
Another workout tonight and C25K W2D2!! Lets gooooooooo.

Sorry I have been MIA. My boyfriend and I got in a huge fight and I havent felt like socializing. blah.
For me, it’s not quite an extra minute. I take it an extra 10 seconds at a time. We all work at our own paces.

After last nights workout to actually give it my all tonight for my C25K. I finished but about 3 minutes slower than the past week.
It was the first day of the week where I was running 90 seconds, that might have something to so with it too!
Just have to keep thinking positive and improve on my next run
I tend to take it easy mondays with my workout. I’m always so tired on mondays. But today I ran. I did day one of week three of C5K. I didn’t know...
